Our super popular exclusive World Explorer design is now available as a washable fabric colouring in mat. Thanks to a customer who has our quilted play mat already and suggested i use the same design as a reusable colouring cloth. And what a great idea!
Printed here in Australia using eco inks onto Organic Cotton Canvas and hemmed all the way around so no raw edges it is then handmade here in Byron Bay ready to send out to be used again and again by those young and old!
This is a perfect sustainable activity option for young ones. The smaller size is perfect to use when out and about, at a restaurant, grandparents place… the larger size is great for lounging on the floor with or on a large table – it would also look amazing hung up on a wall! Because these mats are only one layer of thick and durable organic fabric they fold up nice and small and come in a cotton calico bag ready to stash and go.

If you’d like to also purchase colouring in materials please select below – we have only tried out the Crayola ® brand of Ultraclean markers and crayons – we recommend the CRAYONS if you’d like a completely new canvas each time – we found the markers (even though they say Ultra Clean and Washable) didn’t wash out quite as much – but you could probably use the markers over the top of the washed out colours left behind. Crayons seemed to 100% wash out in our testing – however please be aware that different washes and laundry powders may yield different results (maybe your markers will completely wash out!).
