Shipping & Returns

International shipping is available worldwide and will be applied automatically at checkout – please contact me if you have any problems checking out. Please note i am not responsible for any customs or taxes that may be applied in your country on arrival. Please also allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive once posted (International).

These rates are a flat rate so you can purchase multiple items for this same cost.

Free shipping in Australia only for orders over $50 (standard tracked shipping) and FREE over $200AUD for International.

Australian shipping costs will be charged GST at checkout.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to deliver our parcels.

Any lost items will have an investigation launched with Australia Post or relevant Courier Company (usually Couriers Please) before any further action is taken.

All ready made purchases are processed within 2-5 working days usually.

GST (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable to Australian customers only and is applied to the price automatically.

BACK ORDERED PRODUCTS
Any products available to order but which are back ordered have a turn around time usually of approximately 2-3 weeks. This is DIFFERENT to Pre-Orders where the approximate postage date is given on the listing.

RETURNS:

We do not refund for change of mind. If a product is faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we will gladly refund the cost of the item within 7 days of purchase. Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom orders, sale or discounted items unless it is Finch & Folk error. We do not refund until the item has been returned to us. Please contact us with details. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Custom orders are non refundable due to there nature which often involves getting fabrics in specific to your order – every effort is made to ensure your goods are just want you wanted!
